FATO RELEVANTE

BANCO BTG PACTUAL S.A. («Bank» or «BTG Pactual»), pursuant to Resolution 44 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, of August 23, 2021, as amended, hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, further to the Material Fact dated December 28, 2018, all applicable corporate and regulatory approvals for the change in BTG Pactual’s control group have been obtained, with André Esteves joining G7 Holding, and formalized on this date. Therefore, BTG Pactual’s control group is now composed of André Esteves, Antonio Porto, Guilherme Paes, Renato Santos and Roberto Sallouti.
