Notice to Shareholders – Payment of Dividends and Interest on Equity

Rio de Janeiro, June 16, 2016 – Banco BTG Pactual S.A. («Bank» or «Company») hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors approved, on June 15, 2016, the anticipation of the payment date of the proceedings deliberated on the Meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors held on December 28, 2015 («Meeting»), and ratified on Extraordinary and Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 29, 2016, to the 20^th day of the month of June of 2016.

The payment of proceedings, in the form of interest on equity, will observe the terms and conditions established on the Meeting, as well as on the Notice to Shareholders issued to the market on December 28, 2015.
