Notice to Shareholders

Banco BTG Pactual S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that its Board of Directors approved, on July 25, 2017, that the payment date of the proceedings approved on the Meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors held on June 30, 2017 (“Meeting”) shall be made on the 1st day of the month of August of 2017.

The payment of the proceedings, in the form of interest on equity, will observe the terms and conditions established on the Meeting, as well as on the Notice to Shareholders issued to the market on June 30, 2017.
