Notice to the Market – FGC Credit Line

Rio de Janeiro, December 04, 2015 – Pursuant to CVM Instruction 358 of January 3, 2002, as amended, BANCO BTG PACTUAL S.A. (“BTG Pactual”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on this date, it executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Fundo Garantidor de Créditos – FGC (“FGC”), with the intervention and suretyship of its controlling shareholders (Top Seven Partners), to extend a credit line up to the amount of six billion reais (R$6,000,000,000.00) available as of the present date, guaranteed by part of BTG Pactual’s loan portfolio.
